Authenticity Practice #3: The Giraffe Award

An executive we admire told us about a monthly award at his company that we think is worth copying. It is called the Giraffe Award, and it honors those folks who stick their neck out.

Once a month, the CEO personally acknowledges someone for having the courage and integrity to speak up about things that matter to the company, its purpose, and its culture.
