When our attention is riveted on distress over what is happening rather than acknowledging current realities with a mindset of leaving things better than we found them, stress increases and timing suffers. Relating to what is happening as though it shouldn’t be happening is a strange and yet popular form of denial—and it’s wickedly bad for health and timing.
